Peter Lehnert
Strategie & Vertrieb
Peter Lehnert brings over three decades of entrepreneurial experience – from brand building to successful exits. As a co-founder and driving force behind distributions for internationally recognized haircare brands such as TIGI and Kevin Murphy he offers deep expertise in sales strategy, brand development, and sustainable business growth.
Following the sale of TIGI to Unilever and the successful exit of his company Belludio GmbH– the largest European distributor for Kevin Murphy – Peter now contributes his strategic clarity, entrepreneurial vision, and keen instinct for market-driven development to LLCM.
Susanne Müller
Growth and Portfolio Management
Susanne Müller combines business expertise with deep understanding of data structures, financial processes, and entrepreneurial transformation phases.
As managing director at foryouandyourcustomers she led data strategy projects for mid-sized companies between 2019 and 2024 – with a focus on PIM, CMDM, and supplier management. Before that, she spent over a decade managing operations at a medical check-up clinic, with a strong emphasis on process quality and organizational development.
Her career includes positions in M&A, business analysis, and investor relations – both in consulting and operational leadership roles. Today, she brings her experience in leadership, IT strategy, and integral coaching to her work at LLCM – analytical, structured, and with a deep sensitivity for people in transition.
Johannes Langkamp
Strategy and Finance
Johannes Langkamp combines analytical depth with strategic thinking. As a certified actuary (since 2016) and experienced advisor in the finance and insurance sector, he supports companies through complex valuation, planning, and transformation processes.
He has worked in consulting since 2013 – first as a Manager at Willis Towers Watson, and since 2017 as a Principal at Oliver Wyman. He leads M&A valuation projects, is responsible for complex forecasting and planning calculations, and brings structure, foresight, and confident decision-making to every engagement.
At LLCM, he stands for analytical clarity, financial expertise, and high-level entrepreneurial strategy development.
